A portion of the economic interest held by Alter SPVs in WaferGrid Technologies Pte Ltd has been tokenized on the XRP Ledger through a dedicated special purpose vehicle established and managed by Alter SPVs.

This structure enables the creation of blockchain based digital representations associated with Alter SPVs' ownership interest in WaferGrid Technologies Pte Ltd, subject to applicable legal documentation, restrictions, and compliance requirements.

XRP Ledger Representation

The tokenized interest has been issued on the XRP Ledger, a decentralized blockchain network known for its efficiency, transparency, and settlement capabilities.

The purpose of the tokenization structure is to provide a digital representation linked to the underlying interest held by Alter SPVs through its designated investment vehicle.

The XRP Ledger serves solely as the infrastructure layer for issuance, transfer, recordkeeping, and settlement of the applicable digital asset.

Role of WaferGrid Technologies

WaferGrid Technologies Pte Ltd is the underlying operating company.

WaferGrid Technologies Pte Ltd:

• Does not issue the tokenized asset directly.
• Does not administer token holder relationships.
• Does not facilitate secondary market trading.
• Does not provide investment advice regarding the tokenized asset.
• Does not guarantee liquidity, valuation, appreciation, or redemption.

All tokenization related activities are conducted independently through Alter SPVs and its designated special purpose vehicle structure.

Role of Alter SPVs

Alter SPVs is the sponsor, manager, and administrator of the tokenization structure associated with its investment in WaferGrid Technologies Pte Ltd.

Responsibilities may include:

• Establishment and administration of the SPV.
• Maintenance of applicable legal documentation.
• Compliance and eligibility verification processes.
• Management of tokenization related records.
• Communication with eligible participants.
• Administration of any rights, restrictions, or distributions, if applicable.

All matters relating to the tokenized structure are handled exclusively by Alter SPVs.
